Organic Dream LLC, doing business as EBOO Marketing, also referred to as we, us, or our, operates eboomarketing.com. These Terms of Service, also called Terms of Use or Terms, govern your access to and use of our website, forms, content, and communications, along with any marketing services we provide. By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, booking a call, requesting information, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

4. Services, Client Responsibilities, and No Guaranteed Results

Services offered


EBOO Marketing provides marketing and related business services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing may be described in a proposal, invoice, scope of work, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the services covered.

Client responsibilities


You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information, which may include ad accounts, analytics, websites, phone numbers, domain access, logos, offers, disclaimers, intake procedures, and any required approvals. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your claims, offers, pricing statements, testimonials, and disclosures.

Advertising platforms and approvals


Ad platforms may approve, limit, or reject ads for reasons outside our control. You understand that platform policy changes, account restrictions, learning periods, auction dynamics, and data limitations can impact performance.

Compliance and privacy responsibilities


You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, including privacy and advertising requirements. If your workflows involve protected health information, you are responsible for determining whether a business associate agreement is required for any tools or vendors you use.

No guarantee of results


Marketing results vary and depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee leads, cost per lead, booked appointments, show rate, revenue, or return on ad spend. Any examples or past results are not promises.


5. Communication Consent and SMS Terms

By providing your phone number through our website forms or scheduling pages, you consent to receive communications from Organic Dream LLC doing business as EBOO Marketing related to your inquiry or services, including SMS messages, calls, and emails. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Non sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Exclusion. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


6. Payments, Fees, and Billing

If you purchase services, you agree to pay all fees described in your proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement.

Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our service fees and is your responsibility unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, fees are billed in advance for the billing period. Late payments may result in paused work, paused access, or termination of services.

Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.


7. Cancellations and Termination

Cancellation terms, if any, will be stated in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice. If no specific cancellation terms exist, you may request cancellation by written notice and you remain responsible for fees already billed or incurred.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay, or created risk to us, platforms, or others.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, templates, frameworks, and page layout, is owned by Organic Dream LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

If we create deliverables for you, ownership and usage rights are governed by your service agreement. If no service agreement exists, you receive a limited license to use deliverables for your internal marketing purposes only and you may not resell or redistribute them.
