• Engagements typically begin with a 90-day initial term, transitioning to a month-to-month agreement thereafter, unless otherwise specified in an executed statement of work or service contract.

2. Fees, Payments, & Billing

• Service fees, retainer structures (such as Launch, Growth, or Scale packages), and billing cycles are outlined in your specific proposal or service agreement.

• All payments are due in accordance with the agreed-upon invoicing schedule. Failure to remit payment on time may result in the suspension of active ad campaigns, funnels, or support services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, materials, designs, code structures, copywriting frameworks, and strategies created by Organic Dream LLC remain the intellectual property of Organic Dream LLC until full payment for the applicable deliverables has been received.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered marketing assets and funnels for their respective clinic operations.

4. Client Responsibilities & Compliance

• You warrant that you hold all necessary licenses, permits, and authority to operate your medical, clinical, or wellness practice and to advertise your services.

• While Organic Dream LLC builds campaigns and CRM workflows in accordance with regulatory standards and HIPAA guidelines, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your clinical practices, patient communications, and medical claims comply with local, state, and federal healthcare laws.

5. SMS Communications Program

• Program Description: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Organic Dream LLC (EBOO Marketing) regarding service inquiries, growth audits, appointment scheduling, and promotional offers.
